[font=Arial]人岁数一大，学习的力道就下来了，不管啥东西或科目，都下来了。

老是离不开自我的“舒适圈”，只好“硬吃”，最近主攻VOIP的SKYPE网络语音电话，初尝甜头，现在刚开始看“课外书”，许久以前的事了，呵呵，灰尘好多。

特推荐下，题目“How to Study”，主要目录如下：

一、总览＋前言: how to study
mainly inluding:
1) how to start out right
2) how to read and remember
3) how to use your personal library
4) how to write terrific papers

二、时间管理 manage your time
1) smarter study
2) spend time to save time
3) set the stage for success
4) get the BIG picture
5) Tipssssss
6) Detailed brush strokes
7) time to deal with ADD
8) time management forms

三、做好笔记 taking notes
1) right ways
2) successful strategies
3) read then write
4) Outlines and other tools
5) practice NOW

四、在任何测试中得优 ACE ANY TEST
1) What are you afraid of?
2) Creating the time to study
3) when to really start studying?
4) smarter study instead of harder work (*it seems I'm doing the harder work now not the smarter work,hehe)
5) Tests and exams [/font]
