Lawrence Frank has among the most aggressive NBA coaches in learning the dribble drive motion offense, which relies on penetration from the guard and kick-outs to the wings. His team, Frank said, needed something new, and dribble-drive is part of it.  He likes its flexibility, but Frank said teams don’t win with schemes, they win with cohesion: “It’s the players and the trust you have in each other”.
